It’s all about juicing – with all kinds of juice cleanses, fresh pressed juice services, juice bars and Instagram feeds dedicated to juice, I figured this was a post many people would benefit from. Green, red, purple, orange, yellow – doesn’t matter, there are tons of vegetable and juice options these days that can be made freshly right at home or bought from a growing number of places, like many Whole Foods, for example.
